The resort accepts no liability for cash, jewelry, luxury timepieces, or negotiable instruments left unattended in suites, dining venues, or common areas. In any event, our legal liability for lost baggage or personal effects is strictly limited to amounts stipulated under applicable European hotelkeeper liability statutes.
